+++ HELMA Eigenheimbau AG establishes a subsidiary in Luxembourg; expansion proceeds +++

Isernhagen, 20 March 2007 – HELMA Eigenheimbau AG is consistently continuing its expansion with the formation of the 100% subsidiary HELMA LUX S.A. in Luxembourg. This will enable the company to tap into another promising sales market. 'In addition to the general population growth, Luxembourg is also a very interesting market for us due to the heavily rising demand for single occupancy homes', stated CEO of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG Karl-Heinz Maerzke. 'After already having a branch office in Luxembourg, our own subsidiary enables us to profit even more from the enormous sales potential that Luxembourg offers in the field of home construction.
Similar to its parent company in Germany, HELMA LUX S.A. will act as a customer-oriented construction service provider in Luxembourg with a focus on the development, planning, sales and management of homebuilding in terms of massive construction. Contrary to HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, HELMA LUX S.A. will also act as a property developer. The company will purchase and develop real estate properties and, after having built the HELMA homes, sell them in the scope of a complete solution. On the German market, HELMA Wohnungsbau GmbH & Co. KG acts as a property developer for its parent company (HELMA Eigenheimbau AG).

Noticeable, profitable growth in Germany as well:

As HELMA Eigenheimbau AG has already managed to considerably increase the number of homes constructed, the company will stick to its successful strategy in the future. For this purpose, the company is currently building additional model homes with a particular focus on the high-growth regions of southern Germany. As such, the company just recently presented a new model home in Munich/Poing. Construction of another model home in Bavaria has just begun. Furthermore, the company will inaugurate a model home in Bad Vilbel (Frankfurt region) on 22 March 2007.
