Isernhagen, October 26, 2007 – HELMA Eigenheimbau AG is running to schedule with its opening-up of new sales regions in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg. Both regions are characterized by above-average purchasing power and demand for detached and semi-detached houses in the medium to upper price segments, and are consequently extremely interesting for HELMA Eigenheimbau AG. As early as the end of the 2007 business year, the company will already have over five completed show houses and a highly promising sales structure in these new sales regions, where no notable level of sales were generated in 2006.

The management board of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG is convinced that its successful show house concept will also lead to very positive results in its new sales regions. In the past, for instance, the implementation of the HELMA sales strategy in regions such as North Rhine Westphalia and Saxony/Thuringia generated revenue in each of the regions in the double-digit million range in the 2006 business year alone, in spite of the fact that it had not been generating any noteworthy level of sales in these regions only two years previously.

MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY BOARDS PURCHASE HELMA SHARES:
The management board of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG identifies significant potential for capital appreciation for HELMA shares at the current price level based on the company's positive medium- and long-term revenue and earnings prospects. The management and supervisory boards, as well as members of their families, have consequently purchased HELMA shares to a value of around €125,000 via the stock exchange in the past few weeks, and have consequently underscored their firm confidence in the successful future growth of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG.
