HELMA Eigenheimbau AG successfully concludes capital increase

Lehrte, March 20, 2015 - HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, the specialist for individual solid construction houses and sustainable energy concepts, has successfully concluded the capital increase that it approved today from approved capital in an amount of up to 290,000 new shares under exclusion of subscription rights for existing shareholders. As part of the accelerated bookbuilding procedure, 290,000 new shares were successfully placed at a price of EUR 34.00 per share among institutional investors in both Germany and the rest of Europe. Consequently, the gross issue proceeds from the capital increase amount to EUR 9.86 million. The company's share capital will total EUR 3,700,000.00 once the capital increase has been entered in the commercial register. The new shares will be included in the current listing of the shares of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG in the Open Market (Entry Standard) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The funds from the capital increase are to be utilised primarily for the further significant expansion of the project business within the conurbation areas of major German cities. Steubing AG managed this transaction as Sole Global Coordinator and Bookrunner.
