HELMA Eigenheimbau AG reports 8th consecutive new order intake record; 2014 new order intake up 21 percent to EUR 193.0 million

Lehrte, January 15, 2015 - In the 2014 financial year, HELMA Eigenheimbau AG - the specialist for individual solid construction houses and sustainable energy concepts - achieved significant year-on-year new order intake growth for the eighth year. Net new order intake was up from EUR 159.0 million to EUR 193.0 million in 2014, representing growth of 21 percent, or EUR 34.0 million, to which all HELMA Group companies contributed with double-digit percentage growth rates. The company's medium-term growth strategy has again been successfully implemented in 2014 as a consequence.

As a result of this strong trend, the HELMA Group commands an excellent starting position to continue to report considerable revenue and earnings growth in the 2015 financial year. Moreover, the Management Board of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG anticipates significant new order intake growth in the current 2015 year, which should allow the company's dynamic and sustainably positive revenue and earnings trends to continue in subsequent years.

Financial calendar:

Preliminary results for the 2014 financial year and budgeted figures for 2015 will be published in a Corporate News release on March 9, 2015. The 2014 annual report will be published on April 13, 2015.
