Lehrte, April 2, 2014 - HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, specialist for individual solid construction houses and sustainable energy concepts, has today published its FY 2013 annual report in which it confirms the record results that it announced in a corporate news release on March 6, 2014. Along with detailed information about the gratifying new order and profit trends, the annual report also comprises an in-depth forecast report for the 2014 and 2015 years, in which further significant revenue and earnings growth is expected. Planned dividend of EUR0.53 per share:

Based on the continued positive business trend in the 2013 financial year, HELMA Eigenheimbau AG is planning to increase its dividend by around 50% to EUR0.53 per share. After approving the separate annual financial statements of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG as of December 31, 2013, and the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2013, the Supervisory Board at its meeting on March 31, 2014 gave its assent to the proposal recommended by the Management Board that the Shareholders' General Meeting to be held on July 4, 2014, should approve the payment of a EUR0.53 dividend per share (previous year: EUR0.35). As in previous years, this would entail retaining around two thirds of the net profit of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG (as per German Commercial Code accounting) to further strengthen the equity base.

Supervisory Board extends Karl-Heinz Maerzke's Management Board contract

The Supervisory Board of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG has realised an early extension of the contract of Management Board Chairman (CEO) and company founder Karl-Heinz Maerzke by a further five years until March 31, 2020. "We are pleased that Karl-Heinz Maerzke will continue with his very successful activity as the company's CEO. This early and long-term contract extension is also a signal of stability and continuity," commented Otto W. Holzkamp, Supervisory Board Chairman of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG.
