HELMA Eigenheimbau AG reports strong nine-month new order intake figures

Lehrte, October 15, 2012 - HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, the specialist for individual solid construction houses and sustainable energy concepts, generated significant new order intake gains of 21 percent during the first nine months of the 2012 financial year, thereby boosting its order intake from EUR74.4 million in the comparable prior-year period to EUR90.0 million. This strong order intake result reflects positive business trends in all divisions. Both HELMA Eigenheimbau AG (construction services) and the HELMA Wohnungsbau GmbH and HELMA Ferienimmobilien GmbH subsidiaries which operate in the property development business reported double-digit percentage growth rates in the first nine months of the current financial year.

The Management Board of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG assumes that the positive course of business on the sales side will continue in the fourth quarter of 2012. Consequently, the increase in new order intake of at least 10 percent to around EUR117.5 million (FY 2011: EUR106.8 million) which is targeted on a full-year basis should in all likelihood be exceeded.
